Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe
A gooey chocolate mug cake ready in minutes with only a few ingredients and a microwave! Coconut oil is used, but can be substituted 1:1 for any other oil to taste. Experiment with the recipe and adapt to your needs - chocolate chips can be added in the last mixing with no changes needed to the recipe. Sour cream can be substituted for heavy whipping cream, or a splash more of milk. It adds firmness and helps lock moisture in to the cake.
